Love my new Gas Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new gas dryer but it does need some things looked into by the service repair man from the store i purchased it at. It doesnt dry my clothes very dry so i have to run the normal cycle twice.

It whistles across the block!

I've disliked this dryer from day one. It whistles so loud! I can literally hear it from the end of my street. I thought mine was defective and the Frigidaire official tech came to service it. He said that's a normal noise and homeowners like me typically don't have that issue "because they buy a more expensive model". Ugh. Why would they let this motor off the product line when it sounds like a steam train.

Melts clothing, too hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This expensive dryer, even on medium heat setting, melted several different items of mine. This propane dryer has ruined around $200 in clothing and bed clothes. Mine may be defective, but beware...just get electric if you can. Nothing but problems and ruined clothes with this one. I had to spend hours scraping off melted and charred pieces of clothing from the back of the dryer.

like the drying options but when sensor indicates towels are dry, they are still damp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sensors don't accurately sense when towels are dry. The end of cycle sound is very short and quiet....difficult to hear.
Overall it operates fine. I find myself only using the non-sensor drying options.

Machine is Top Notch

Melts ruins clothing
