Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alarm is not very loud and should beep occasionally while it is in the wrinkle release mode. Time dry could use improvement. Dryer displays 10 min left but continues drying for 20 to 30 minutes more.

The dryer has a Sensor Dry cycle, so when the load has reached the selected dryness level, it will continue to tumble, unheated, during a cool down period. This helps reduce wrinkling and makes items easier to handle during unloading. Back gets scorching hot and cloths don't dry

Have had this unit for about 1.5 years and since day 1 nothing dries with 1 cycle no matter the size of the load. From reading reviews it seems to be a recurring issue and now I am out of warranty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone as it's ridiculous you have to run 2 cycles for dry cloths.
2ndly something fell behind the dryer while it was running. I went to grab it and almost burned my hand with how hot the back was. Felt like a stove.

Arrived Broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a brand new dryer in the box, brought it home and it didn’t work. We had to have it repaired under warranty without having dried any clothes in it. The repair person said that the ignitor was incorrectly installed at the factory. The dryer has worked since then, but doesn’t always dry the clothes completely.

Fit my needs.

The clothes come out ringed out well. Out of the last five products purchased still very satisfied with the brand.

Lots of Cycles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was provided as part of the appliance package from the builder. The dryer has lots of cycles and settings. The biggest issue is the same with most sensor driven dryers. They don't dry the clothes completely and you end up having to run them on the timed cycle.
