Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very large dryer. Only one problem I have which is a big one is that it doesn't dry my clothes the first time. I have to turn it on a second time for about 45 minutes to dry my clothes.

If your clothing is not drying correctly in one cycle, you would want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.

Great features but makes lot of Noise

So far features are good and I ma happy to see great options available to select as per the cloths but it makes lot of noise. I am not sure it is due to dryer or the Floor issue but I am hearing same feedback from my neighbors as well.

Takes too long

Hello, Bee101! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience. In regards to your dryer not drying, it important to check for the following conditions: make sure that your appliance is connected to a 240 volt circuit, anything less will increase your drying time. Cycles like, "Air Fluff" or "Air Dry" does not have heat. If you are using this cycle, please change the cycle to heat setting to normal. Larger loads take longer to dry. Try adjusting your settings to fit your laundry load size. Make sure to leave room for the items in the dryer to tumble freely so you can avoid damp areas on your clothing. It’s recommended to fill the drum 1/3 to ½ full. This also helps reduce wrinkling. Make sure that your lint filter is clean, if the lint filter is clogged it can cause the unit to not heat properly.
