Doesnt dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes 2 or 3 cycles to dry one queen sheet set. Repairman said it was too close to the wall so he moved 18in from wall and it is still not drying properly.

Does not fully dry your clothes

I’ve owned this unit for just under a year. We have to run the dryer twice on every load to fully dry our clothes. No matter what setting or load size it leaves clothes damp. I’ve had it serviced and even EXCHANGED! Same thing, every time. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this unit.

Unbelievably bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dryer for two weeks and the motor is already dead! The repairman said he has no idea how long it will take to get a replacement motor. We are a family of six, so laundry piles up quickly. Of course this happened right before we needed to do laundry to go out of town. We ended up spending our weekend at the laundromat, and it looks like that’s what we’ll be doing for the foreseeable future. Such an inconvenience, I’m so angry.

Slow drying and mediocre lint screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even at Max Dryness and Temp settings, modest sized loads take a looooong time to dry.
The lint screen design is poor at best. I clean after every load, yet lint is everywhere, especially down in the lint screen holder area and the gap is too narrow to get a vacuum in to clean it. Not good.

Impressive Dryer

Handles a daily load of laundry that includes bath towels. A necessity for senior folks like me. Thanks for all the fine design and functionality. --Sounds silly maybe, but I am showing it off to all my friends and family. Really glad I own it.
