Did not dry clothes in one cycle

This machine came with my house when I bought it new, the standard cycle when you push the button and start is 50 min. This should be enough to dry a standard load of clothes. They always need additional drying time. Yes, I could set it for longer, or run smaller loads, but I would think that you should be able to just push go, and it would go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Davephx001. Thank you for your feedback. We understand everyone is busy and laundry should be as easy as possible. This model dryer has two Favorite Cycle buttons. When you have a moment, set your preferred cycle setting and then simply press and hold either Favorite button for 3 seconds to store it. Good machine

Dries clothes adequately

Purchased a model FFRE4120SW clothes dryer in May 2019. Page 10 of owners Use and Care booklet says that when I select the wrinkle release and chime option, I will hear a periodic chime as the dryer operates in the wrinkle release cycle. I have never heard a chime on this dryer or on an identical one purchased for a family member in the wrinkle release cycle. Otherwise, the dryer seems to dry clothes adequately.The local business I purchased these from is a top notch company and has tried to help with the issue, but are also at a loss as to why this is happening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to load with large dryer drum & opening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer drum is massive and will swallow a comforter and pillow with no problem and dry it (using the the electric heating element). The dryer is quiet and ours is installed in our laundry room upstairs and cannot hear it from our living room downstairs.
