Verify the drum is spinning during the dry time, or try using a smaller load. Check the lint filter and the exhaust hose making sure they are clear of all lint and other debris. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had my new frigidaire installed in November, at first it wasn't drying then we figured out it wasn't venting correctly. after fixing that problem it is drying perfectly and that is what I want
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes after adjusting the time, the timer will not count down.I have to reset the main knob again to time dry and then it will work. I am concerned if I forget to check to see if the timer is counting down the dryer will run forever! Not good!

Dryer doesn't dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does not do a good job of drying. I have to run it for a second cycle to complete the drying. I was told not to use dryer sheets because it blocks the drying element in the front of the machine. So I tried that, but it still did not do a good job of drying. I've had older machines (10+ years old) that did a better job of drying and in a shorter amount of time on the first cycle. Very disappointed with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
