Easy to Use, Sleek!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the set for about 2 months and I LOVE it! Easy to use, plenty of options but not super complicated like some. Very quiet which I love! Sturdy. Sleek Design. LOVE them!

Issues with wet clothes

I have been using it for two months and I have issues with this dryer . When I use the cycles with sensor always the clothes end up still wet and I have to put them again in a manual cycle.
Even with manual cycle I have to put more time once it finish

Hi Juli123. Make sure to clean the lint filter each time and check the exhaust tube for any build up. Clean the exhaust system with a vacuum cleaner or have a professional come out. Are your clothes balled or tangled? Try to separate and shake clothes out before putting the dryer. Nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the washer, the matching dryer I like, but regardless of setting I have to dry loads twice to fully dry the clothes. I do not overload the dryer and have reduced what I put in it to try and get all the items dry.
