[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s feature I like about the dryer but sometimes I find myself thinking my cycle is done but my items aren’t fully dry. That’s pretty disappointing. Ultimately I do like the dryer and clean filter feature but I would like my items to be fully dry without multiple cycles

Hello, MsTika! Thanks for your feedback. To experience optimal drying when using your dryer there are a few things to note:
1. Load content affects drying time
1a. Larger loads and /or loads including heavy fabric, bedding, and towels may take longer to dry
2. Loads must be balanced and must not overload the machine
3. Heated dry must be selected
4. Regularly check exhaust hose and egress point for debris, kinks, etc.
5. Smaller loads or loads with light/delicate material in them may have higher drying times
5a. This is caused by smaller/lighter items drying first and coming in contact with dryness sensor. Better load balancing should prevent this
