[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the clothes somewhat dry. I prefer to use the timed cycle so it will run the entire time. Other than that, it’s a pretty good dryer.

Might be complicated, may just not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit seems to have many customizable settings but in the end, it is a dryer and should be pretty straightforward and perform the task in the default settings. I have had to dry loads twice...again, maybe I haven't configured it but it shouldn't be like fine tuning a precision instrument either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You are able to view the Use and Care Guide to view any feature functions.
If your clothing is not drying correctly in one cycle or too hot, you want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.
