Great capacity but doesn’t dry well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have to do two dry cycles every time I do s load of laundry. But other than that the multiple cycles help. Just have to lessen the load of clothes.

We recommend cleaning the filter with hot soapy water to remove any Fabric Detergent or Softener films that could decrease airflow. Verify the ducting in your home follows our limitations and standards found in the installation instructions. Also, ensure you are not overloading the drum which can result in a decrease in airflow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic dryer. I had to dry my clothes 4 times with my old dryer, but this one drys heavy duty items the first time. It has several settings, favorite options, and does well at collecting lint.
