Just what's needed...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this dryer with the purchase of a new home with a matching washer. I like that this is not too complicated with too many options. After a few dries, I realized that i have to mark the option of "MAX" dryness. Even the next lowest setting left the clothes a bit damp. The max setting dried them completely. The "wrinkle release" setting is nice in that after the drying cycle is complete, it rotates the drum periodically to keep the clothes from sitting and wrinkling. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of this dryer.

Slow drying

Sorry to hear you are having trouble, Nicky o! Please make sure your lint filter and exhaust duct are clean and try wiping down the moisture sensor bar. If you use dryer sheets, buildup and accumulate on the sensor making it less effective. If this does not seem to be the issue, please call us directly at 1-888-203-1389 M-F from 8a-8p or Sat from 9a-6p EST. ~ Brandi

Handsome unit
