I bought it 6-7 months ago and it wasn't drying after 2 weeks or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Standard New Home Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the standard level appliance for my new home. It appears to have all the bells and whistles but I often have to run it twice for items to completely dry even on the highest temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lady Lauren Ln, I am dismayed to hear your dryer is not drying as well as you expected. Please ensure the exhaust duct requirements have been met. Check that the outside exhaust duct is not clogged or restricted. If your dryer is connected to a 208 volt circuit, your drying time will be 20% longer than drying on a 240 volt circuit. Clean the lint filter with hot soapy water to remove any fabric softener film that could decrease airflow.
