One cycle not enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand new dryer was already in a condo that I just purchased. Drying clothes for one full cycle leaves them damp. We experimented with always having the heat on high and extending the drying time to max, but find that we still have to run a second drying cycle each time. Disappointing!

If your clothing is not drying correctly in one cycle, you would want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.

Takes 3-4 hours to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t dry even a small load - on high - in less than 90 minutes. A load of towels or jeans may take up to 270 minutes. Was part of my move-in package in my new home.

Slow Drying

Did I get a Lemon? Doesn't dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to complete the matched set with the washer I purchased two months ago. The dryer takes at least two cycles to fully dry towels and jeans, thick items, even when it's on Bulky Items and Max Dry. I am disappointed in the lack of an interior light inside the dryer drum. It can be difficult to see if there are any small items left behind.

I have a few tips to help with your drying experience. Ensure not to over the dryer with clothing to ensure the heat can follow freely throughout the clothes. Also it is very important to not only keep the lent screen clean but also the exhaust hose clean to maximize the drying performance.
