Not completely dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited to move into our brand new home but our brand new dryer only partially dries our clothes. Two dry cycles and the clothes are dry finally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kittery, I apologize that your dryer is not working properly. I would clean your lint filter with hot soapy water to remove any Fabric Detergent or Softener films that could decrease airflow. I would also double check your exhaust vent to make sure the excess heat is routing out of your home properly. Lastly, I would make sure your dryer is not overloaded as this will also decrease airflow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dryer for a few weeks now. The best part about it is being able to fit a Queen size comforter in here with no issues. Was getting really tired of having to have them dry cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, does a great job. However, there are some limitations with the settings and features that would be nice to have. For instance, not being able to adjust temperatures on different settings.

Thanks for your feedback, Tarango. I am glad you are enjoying your new dryer. You can adjust the temperature settings on the Timed Dry cycles. You will find a chart on page 12 in your manual which shows which settings are compatible with each cycle. Hope this helps! ~ Brandi
