Still getting the hang of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes longer than normal to dry, max is either way too hot and medium just doesn't dry enough. I don't want to use high or low for some non important dedicates. I feel medium should be more powerful than low but it isn't. The settings are difficult to customize.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drying time varies depending on size and dampness of load and fabric type. If your clothing is not drying correctly in one cycle or too hot, you want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.

Terrible

For an energy efficient dryer it takes longer than any dryer I've had before which is using more power. I work on appliances, this is like an rv dryer. Had it for six months quit heating took out the heating assembly, checked it on meter it good which means it's one of thermostats . Too many monitors, take an old style dryer any day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rocket scientist LLc, I am dismayed to hear your dryer is not drying as well as you expected. Please ensure the exhaust duct requirements have been met. Check that the outside exhaust duct is not clogged or restricted. If your dryer is connected to a 208 volt circuit, your drying time will be 20% longer than drying on a 240 volt circuit. Clean the lint filter with hot soapy water to remove any fabric softener film that could decrease airflow. Your warranty is printed on the last page of your Owner’s Manual. Please see exclusion #13 that addresses services performed by unauthorized service companies. This means that only authorized service providers may repair your unit, self-repairs may negatively impact the warranty.
