Brand new dryer that doesn't not dry a few towels. Which needs to be fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just used new dryer for first time no heat

I received these appliances with my brand new home that was just built and I went to use the drier for the first time and it won’t heat. After looking at these reviews I’m super disappointed that I have to call to get this repaired already. When you buy something brand new you expect it to work properly. Apparently it looks like this is a common issue with this dryer.

Bad buy!

Doesn’t dry well.

I’m disappointed to learn you’re not getting the best drying performance for your laundry center.

In addition to trying the “timed cycle”, I recommend checking the following to ensure you get the best drying experience. Also, this short video https://youtu.be/p6tIdI71-b4 may provide some tips on improving your dryer’s performance.

Your exhaust duct must be at least 4 inches in diameter and made of rigid or semi-rigid metal.
When your exhaust duct is in place, the duct must have no more than four 90° bends and must not exceed length listed in INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. (see link below)
Drying time will be 20% longer than drying on a 240-volt circuit.

Nice looking machine

In regards to your dryer not drying, it important to check for the following conditions: make sure that your appliance is connected to a 240 volt circuit, anything less will increase your drying time. Cycles like, "Air Fluff" or "Air Dry" does not have heat. If you are using this cycle, please change the cycle to heat setting to normal. Larger loads take longer to dry. Try adjusting your settings to fit your laundry load size. Make sure to leave room for the items in the dryer to tumble freely so you can avoid damp areas on your clothing. It’s recommended to fill the drum 1/3 to ½ full. This also helps reduce wrinkling. Make sure that your lint filter is clean, if the lint filter is clogged it can cause the unit to not heat properly. take for ever to dry
