Sensor needs improvement

Lots of noise and clothes aren’t completely dry!

Thank you for your feedback on your purchase. If your clothing is not dry within one cycle, you want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions.

Dryer review

Good morning, Carol4! I am sorry to hear that your dryer is not heating properly. I would recommend filling the drum of your dryer 1/3 to ½ full. Your clothing items need room to tumble freely for even drying. When drying large items, we suggest drying only two or three at a time. Fill out the load with small and medium-sized clothing items. If my recommendation does not resolve your concern I would ask that you have an authorized service provider out to properly diagnose your concern.

Dissatisfied with washer-please help:-(
