Stop drying

Bought the Washer and Dryer set with our brand new home in June 2017 and today November 20 2017 the dryer stop drying altogether. Like others we notice we need to dry clothes multiple times in order to get the clothes completely dry. We ensure the vent was clear and tried the fuse book multiple times with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
