Frigidaire dryer

We bought the dryer 6/2/22. We are having it serviced on 6/22/22. It does not dry our clothes. It takes over an hour to dry a load. Very disappointed at this point. It should not be taking this long to dry normal load of laundry.

Does not have a light in drum. Does not dry clothes completely unless you put it on max heat and max dryness. Sometimes, even on this, they don't dry completely.

Clothes does not get dry enough

Hi, Shanbhu. I understand your concern regarding not drying enough. I will be happy to assist. We recommend checking your voltage rating. Per the specification sheet, the voltage rating should be 240V. If it is anything lower it will increase the dry time. Another thing, check to ensure the lint filter and exhaust vent is clean. Broke again!!!

I purchase a newly built home in Lacey Washington that came with all new appliances from Frigidaire, two months in the dryer stop heating and I call in for a repair. The person from Eletrolux came and fixed the problem which he explained was a factory sensor issue. Now, as of this date, the dryer isn't drying again. I was once very excited to own a Frigidaire product now I feel that the products are not worth the price. Out of 6 Frigidaire products in this house two have failed in less that two years mulitiple times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had the dryer for 30 days in my new home and it doesn’t dry well I have to use the dryer three or four times even on the towel cycle so Frigidaire needs to get their act together
