[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked, but it was only used maybe 4 times and now temperature will not change out of high so awaiting service which they said I can only call a week ahead and they had no openings so far, so I have to call back, why? Why can they not have a calendar that goes out more than a week at a time to schedule an appointment? So I am waiting to see what happens to have an opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter is easy to clean and had no issues with any of the interactive buttons. Tried several types and drying cycles. So far so good. Tests began on 11/4.
