Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was included in our new home that we just purchased. It works great and has a lot of features that our old one did not. The only issue is that sometimes it does not thoroughly dry the clothes and we have to run again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate to hear about your drying experience, TB1985. I recommend checking and/or trying the following: 1-Is the cycle selection on “Air Fluff?” 2-Is the “NO HEAT” option selected? 3-Turn the circuit breaker off to the dryer for 10 seconds. Once back on, select a drying cycle to see if the unit will completely dry your clothing. If unsuccessful, please reconnect with us for additional assistance. Thank you, Courtney
