I brought this dryer a few days ago. It comes on, count down but the dryer doesn't start

I wish the dryers settings would let you change it to low heat, but they dont unless it's on a timed setting. The washer is odd with what it allows for settings too. Overall, havent loved this set.

Dryer a Bit Wet

Every load that I have put in it whether on normal or bulky the machine cycle stopped and the clothes and towels were still slightly wet. I had to to put it on again on a different setting to get everything dry

Runs so quietly!

I have had some difficulty determining which setting to choose for different types of fabrics, but I am learning to manage this. The settings I choose often do not get the clothes dry; therefore I have to use the timed drying setting to finish drying. Overall I am very satisfied.
