[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Time in dryer short and comes out like they have been ironed. Yeah!!! It's nice to get clothes dry and in short period of time.
Only negative is that it has a loud hum sound while drying. But, no problem at all. Very pleased with both washer and dryer!!

Oh no, Mattzzztop! I hate to hear that you are not happy with your dryer. I do see that we sent a technician out to inspect the dryer and no issues were found, however, you did indicate you were using the auto dry cycles which use a sensor to dry the clothes. It was suggested to use a timed dry cycle if you wish to have them dry even longer. ~ Brandi
