[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this through the home builder. Some cycles do dry clothes very well even on max heat setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Joyce R! I can understand your concern with your dryer not drying very well on the max heat setting. Please make sure you are cleaning the lint filter after each cycle and make sure the exhaust duct and vent are clear of lint as well. An overloaded dryer may have longer drying times due to decreased airflow.
