C9 Error on FIRST cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Frigidaire appliance are good - my dryer however gave me a C9 error message the FIRST TIME I USED IT. Unfortunately for me I got the dryer when I bought my house through the builder so I could not just take it back (never make this mistake) instead I had to call and get my brand new dryer repaired. So I paid good money for a machine that had to have a major repair within the first 30 days of owning it.
Plus side the technician was super friendly and explained the process to me very well - the process is what gets low marks - the technician get high marks
Going with 2 stars at this time due to the C9 issue and I feel I need a few more months to make sure the product works correctly.
Now, having said all the above - I do realize that new appliance are so electrical these days that a bad board is easy to get - just very irritated that it was broken upon arrival and had no option to get a new one but rather had to wait to get a repair, which means I incurred additional expenses as I had to visit a laundromat to do laundry

even my small kids can use
