Softener section plugged up

A tip that minimize any clogged is to not overfill the dispenser and fill it to the max line. If a build-up of fabric softener occurs, clean with hot water and wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry.

My Kids Love This Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a lot of cool features, but the best part is the entertainment it provides my children. They love to watch through the glass top as the machine senses the load and then fills it with water. I love that I can wash my hand wash only clothes and that I can choose an eco-warm setting for other loads. My only complaint is that the chime features isn't very load. I can't hear it when I'm just a room away (maybe my walls are too thick!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the size of the washer as it allows for very large loads. Lots of features to adjust the washer settings. Only one concern is the agitator maybe a little rough on cloths as we have seen some damage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife has been using the washing machine for about 30 days, and she I saw happy as a hog in the sunshine. It has large capacity and gets clothes real clean. The spin cycle wrings almost all the water out of the clothes.

Great Features

Was looking for set that had new and old features together. What ever happened to switch for water levels and Hot cold water temps. Tube starts early with no water and sometimes knots cloths. Water level is hard to get to work with you. Full is not full and favorite does not always work with you. seems to reset to low water each time and you have to override after machine starts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, Rowbear! I can understand your concern with the water level. This model senses how much water is needed based on the load size. If you prefer to have the max fill, be sure to select the Max Fill option before starting the cycle. ~ Brandi

Buyer beware!

Worked great for about 3 years then bearings went out. It will cost almost as much to repair it as buy a new one. Am I old fashioned for wanting my washer to last at least 7-10 years like my grandmothers did?
