Takes Forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is I miss my old washer (which was about 40 years old) where I could push a button for the size of the load and choose the wash time. With this washer, you put the laundry in and it has to agitate 16 times to determine the size of the load. I'm single and don't have tons of laundry, so my loads are small, and I have to wait so I can rearrange the laundry that has now been bunched up into a ball. Normal wash time is 55 minutes, quick wash is 44. I was used to a half hour or less. I just wanted something that was simple and not as expensive as some of the models available. It gets the laundry clean, but takes forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Asbfan, we truly appreciate and welcome your feedback. Newer model washers automatically sense the exact amount of water required, so you only use the amount of water you need. Added capacity and efficiency produce savings of up to 82% in energy and water consumption a year. You may try to adjust the duration of agitation time for a shorter wash time. To change the preset level, press the "Soil Level" button to scroll to the length of agitation desired. I hope this information is helpful. Works as expected
