Twice the machine as my old front load.

We purchased this about a month ago and absolutely love it. I love that I have a machine with an agitator. My clothes are finally clean again.

Had to replace our washing machine and this Frigidaire is a great product! The drum is very large, yet the whole machine is smaller than our last. Quiet, lots of features. Washes things very well.

Off Balance

Bought this two years ago, continuously E4, its level, have to Constantly open the lid and redistribute the clothes, am being told by dealer that this model ONLY likes full loads, pretty sure I asked this at time of puchase, also notice it gains time. Set it for drain and spin, says 16 min, go back to check it, not it shows 22 min…..takes forever to wash. Thank god I bought extended warranty, for all the good it’s doing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The error E4 on the display pertains to the washer being out of balance. If the unit has been moved in the past 30 days, please reach out to your installer, as this is an installation issue. They can check to ensure the washer is resting firmly on the floor, and adjusting the leveling legs may be performed if needed. You can also ensure that the load is evenly distributed in the tub. If not, stop the washer and rearrange the wash load.

Leaking water

New and leaking water. Same problem as the one i had replaced under warranty.

For water leaks, check if there's anything loose in the fill hose connection at the faucet or washer. If there is, simply tighten the hose connections. Ensure rubber sealing washers are installed. You may also check the house drain pipes to see if they are clogging. If there is, unclog the drain pipes. Contact the plumber if necessary.

I bought this washer in March and I love it. It’s able to handle big loads, it’s quick efficient and quiet. It looks good and works good can’t ask for anything more.
