[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t control water level. Washer automatically sets water level by the amount of clothes that is put in the washer. Due to this water level issue, clothes come out dry and partially washed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Bruce Gallaway. I hate to hear you are having trouble with your washer. It sounds like you may be overloading the washer. For best washing performance, the dry load level should not be higher than the upper row of holes in the wash tub. You also have the option of using Max Fill, which will use the maximum amount of water possible. Please keep in mind this is only available on some cycles and it will increase the cycle time. ~ Brandi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems ok but don’t like how you can’t open the lid while it is filling which is handy for rinsing detergent and softener cups. Also, fabric softener builds up in the dispenser and is nearly impossible to clean out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer for less than a month but it seems to be good so far. I haven't received any utility bills yet, so I can't comment on the energy/water efficiency, but, just by visually watching a cycle, I have faith in it that it is more efficient.
