Kymm, I am dismayed to hear your new washer is not as expected. I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to a new appliance. Pages 5-10 in your Owner’s Manual goes over the operating instructions in depth. There is a handy chart on page 11 that breaks down each cycle and what options are available for that cycle. Once you have discovered your preferred settings that you like, use the Favorite option. After selecting the desired cycle and settings, press and hold the Favorite button for 3 seconds to store it. Recall your favorite cycle each time you press and release the Favorite button (page 10 in your owner’s manual). Should you ever have any questions on the features of your new washing machine, please do not hesitate to reconnect with us directly by calling Mon-Fri, 8a-8p or Saturday 9a-6p EST @ 888-203-1389. Best Washer I’ve Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is simply put amazing! I have never owned a brand new washer before and it is well worth it! My clothes come out so clean, all the moister sucked out which helps drastically in drying time. I can even fit my king size comforter with no problems. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the washer spins before adding any water, I guess to make the weight more evenly distributed but it does the opposite in my opinion and I’m always worried it’s going to rip something, it hasn’t ruined anything yet...
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased a new house and this was included in our purchase...we were getting ready to buy a new set when we moved. I am real impressed with the washer, the easy of doing the laundry. Put in the clothes, your detergent, set and leave, it lets you know when its ready.
