Broke within a month

This is the washer that came with my new house. After about 8-10 loads (less than one month), it stopped spinning. It turns out, the belt was broken. After much back and forth, I was told the replacement belt would not be available until July. It took more back and forth to finally get a new washer delivered. Over 3 weeks total with no washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works better now that I read the manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer came with our new house and at first I didn’t like it because I didn’t read the manual on what settings to use for what kinds of loads. It does take a long time to wash our clothes but they come out very clean.
