Not Worth Bringing Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wont fill with water correctly. No way to manually set water level. Balls clothes up before it ever starts. Sorry I ever brought it home.

Still Not Worth Bringing Home

I am still waiting for Frigidare to buy this piece of junk back. Cant get enough water in tub to wash clothes. Wish I had my Kenmore back! Will you guys please buy this thing back from me? I'll delivery it to you and it's only 30 days old.

Do not like

I hate this machine. It does not have a load sensor, clothes are not covered with water and do not come clean. Unless you put on max load which is a lot of water, Also needs to be cleaned a lot or will leave dirty streaks on clothes. It is very loud. I am ready to buy a new machine. Have had it almost a year.

The unit is designed to achieve excellent washer performance with low water levels. However, the water level is also determined by the soil level selected. Broke in less than 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine started out working great. In less than 3 years the tub stopped spinning. It was only used by 1 person, not a large family. It did not get used all the time. Disappointed with the washing machine. Model # FFTW4120SW. Frigidaire maxfill washing machine.

It falts out and wont finish a load. Drain a nd spin setting goes to rinse. Dont buy this! Youll hate life and waste oceans of water for one load

Flooded kitchen after 2 months

This model came with our house. We moved into the new home in November. February 15th the water shut off sensor failed and the water never cut off. The water flooded the laundry room and then went down into the kitchen. Ruined the ceiling and several lights in our brand new home. Unacceptable. Luckily since it was new construction it is covered, but how does a brand new washer fail that quickly?

Not well made

I bought it 6 months ago and it will not spin. All diagnostics say there is nothing wrong with it. E4 appears and have to research the manual to try to figure it out.
