Lots of features. Nothing against Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small and deep enough for everyday loads. Cleans clothes very well and features are easy to understand. Love the favorite button option. Really like that it locks but can pause if we needed to add clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer forces you to place clothes in first in a certain way around the drum for load balancing, then once in and locked the drum pre spins without water throwing all the items to one side. No water level controls - water never fully covers clothes. See through glass remains fogged the entire time. Extremely loud... I'm not sure maybe it's faulty and I will call customer service today, but it was brand new and professionally installed so I just believe it's like this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
