Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this washer through the home builder. I like the glass top but not a fan of the dome shape. I like that there are many wash cycles to choose from and I like that this washer has an agitator that works very well. I have not used all of the wash cycles yet, but some are very long with multiple rinse cycles. I did not see this in the manual or I might have overlooked how many rinses are included in each cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't meet expectations!

I am very disappointed with this washer. When it starts, the spiral agitator spins about 6 times and throws all the clothes to one side! I have to stop, open and readjust the clothes so it is not off balance. Then, most of the time, the water does not fill enough. I have to restart or add water to cover the clothes, towels, blankets, etc. If I do a load of my son's sport clothes with a couple of hoodies they are still very damp and too heavy to put in the dryer. Wish I had picked a different washer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In a washing machine with a low, or no, agitator (such as yours), plates or discs cause the tub to gently juggle or spin the laundry. Items will be saturated, but not covered by water. The unique impeller motion moves clothes through the water, using the motion of clothes against each other to aid in cleaning, which is normal.
To alleviate some of your concerns, is to make sure the correct cycle is being chosen for the proper load size and they are loaded correctly. Doing so can prevent any over saturation and items being on one side of the washer.

great machine for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine 3 months ago for my mother-in-law, and liked it so much for the price, we bought one too. Does a comforter with no problem, saves on water as it judges how much is needed for the wash, I think it even cleans better!

Solo_Sis, I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to the sounds from a new appliance. Page 17 in your Owner’s Manual lists sounds from common occurrences that are not the result of defective workmanship or materials in your washer. Do not continue to use the washer if you hear squeaking, grinding, rubbing or other unusual noises. This could be a sign of mechanical breakdown. Estimated cycle time for a normal wash cycle is 60-90 minutes, casual wash cycle is approximately 40-60 minutes.
