Fabric softener dispenser keeps getting clogged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does an ok job at cleaning and seems to function fine other than the super-annoying fabric softener dispenser.
There is a tray with a tiny hole that you pour the fabric softener into. The hole is too small to dispense the softener liquid because it is thicker than water, but once its time for the fabric softener to go into the clothes during the wash cycle, water gets mixed into the fabric softener which lowers the "thickness" of the fabric softener liquid enough to flow through the hole in the tray.
In my experience this is a poor design because about every third load the hole in the fabric softener tray eventually gets clogged forcing me to have to remove the tray, disconnect the hose that goes to it, clean the tray and unclog the hole then reinstall it and connect the hose back up.
If you don't clean the tray out and unclog the hole the fabric softener gets splashed out all around the tray during the wash cycle and makes a mess.

In order for the fabric softer to dispense, water siphon’s into the dispenser and will mixed with the softener; which is normal. A tip that minimize any clogged is to not overfill the dispenser and fill it to the max line. We really hope this helps!
