Great but need to understand the error codes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the house and it works really well. It's automatic and all is good until the error codes start appearing. We started getting E4 and the cycle never ended. We ran the Tub Wash cycle to "reset" it.

Works better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for one of the HE washing machines. The only thing I don't like is the water level, I end up having to pour one or two pitchers of water on the clothes before starting to get enough water in the tub. For example, I placed a queen size comforter in the tub, didn't add water and the machine put maybe three inches of water in the tub... enough to get maybe 1/10th of the comforter wet. Large loads get done with the fill tub feature, smaller loads get water added to add weight to the load.
