I love the design and how it has the see through lid. My only concern is the washing time. Sometimes it can take up to an hour to wash and I am just accustomed to 30 to 45 mins tops. But it gets the job done perfectly fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sand? Supposed to be new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 1 month ago. It stopped draining. Repair guy says sand is in tub and pipe. He was supposed to comeback yesterday. He took it apart, I'm still waiting. If this is new, where did the sand come from?

Not crazy about auto fill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and dryer per a recommendation of a salesperson. It’s a good size for large loads but the auto fill feature is inconsistent. Very often it doesn’t fill with enough water and clothes are not sufficiently submerged in water and are dry. When this happens we have to restart it and then many times it fills all the way up with water. There doesn’t appear to be a way to control the water level manually. This leads to wasted time having to wait for it to fill as well as wasted water when it over fills.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In a washing machine with a low, or no, agitator (such as yours), plates or discs cause the tub to gently juggle or spin the laundry. Items will be saturated, but not covered by water. The unique impeller motion moves clothes through the water, using the motion of clothes against each other to aid in cleaning, which is normal.

Awesome Washer!!

We bought this washer and instantly I could tell a difference on how clean and fresh our clothes were smelling. This washer is amazing and it functions beautifully. It is nice and quiet and very easy to use. You will not regret buying this.
