Not Happy

Washer doesn't fill high enough to cover the clothes with water. I googled the problem. They suggested to add water before actually filling because the washer fills the water level by weight. I've had the washer for 2 months. Sometimes when I wash my clothes don't get wet in certain spots. I can't believe anyone thinks you could actually get your clothing clean. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! WHAT A PAIN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gosh! Yvonne65, please ensure your house water valves are all the way open, and that the hoses are not pinched or kinked. If you are on a well or have a reverse osmosis system, your home water pressure may be too low. For optimum performance, water pressure should be above 30 pounds per square inch (psi). Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure: the builder put this wSher in my house, but I love it so far. I was a little confused at first with the way the machine senses the load size became the water does not fill until it spins a few times. But after I figured that out ( it should be explained in the user guide but is not), then it works great. I really like the size of the drum - very large for large and bulky loads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great washer

It's a great washer gets clothes really clean with the agitator wish a regular load wasn't so long 52 minutes. Other than that great washer.

Excellent washer overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer when our old one gave up the ghost and flooded our mud room. The only complaint I have so far is that this is a high efficiency washer, but it will not allow for the wash load to be one temperature and the rinse cycle another. I prefer to use hot when washing whites, but cold to rinse. Seems a smarter, more efficient washer should do that. Also, wish you could set maximum height for the water...don't like the basket to really fill almost to the rim with water. Otherwise great and love the chime when done instead of those harsh buzzers!

Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine washes well. It washes longer than I like. It is noisy too. The door locking keep me from rinsing out the laundry top, which is something I like to do. I don’t particularly care for the automatic water fill either. Often, I have to change to auto fill. I like the large tub, more clothes can be washed in a single load. All in all, I like the machine. Oh, it spins well also. The clothes do not feel as though there is water in them when finished.

Smart Washer with Lots of Options
