Washer takes to long on the cycles,even quick wash is 47 minutes.Water level could be higher on each load, and the pre wash load leveling pushes the clothes into a pile, doesn’t make sense . So we’re not happy with this machine at all…. Salesman said it was a simple machine to use, not really

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Fridigeaire washer ,I honestly didn't know they made washers . So far ,it works great . I like the deep water setting for bulky items and heavy duty stuff . The only thing I don't like is the beginning of each wash cycle ,the washer makes several rotations ,which most times causes the load to become uneven . I have started staying with it each time and pausing the washer resituating the load afterward and then it does just fine .

Frigidaire refuses to honor warranty

I have been on calls with their service department at least 3 times over 45 days and they continue to tell me the process but they refuse to actually follow their process instead they start the process over with me every time I call. This is not an honorable company they know they are giving me the run around and continue to lie to me about my washer machine and process to have the warranty support my product.

This machine was included in the price of our home. We were excited to have a brand new fancy washing machine. We've been in our home for about 14 months now, and recently this E3 error code came up. The manual literally says the solution for the E3 code is to "close the door". However, the door was completely closed the whole time. Upon further research online, I determined that it was the lid lock. I took out the two back screws, as instructed in a repair video, and opened the machine so I could access the lid lock. I found that the lid lock was still engaging, as I could pop it out and in with my finger. Another online user said it was probably the control board which sends the signal to engage the lid lock. There wasn't much I could do about it, but I ensured all of the wires were connected properly, and that everything was snug in its proper housing. Upon continuing to try and get this machine to work, I found that the lid will literally lock and then immediately unlock itself. The machine won't run if the lid lock is not in place. My main point here is that it is LUDICROUS for such a tiny glitch to render such an advanced machine completely useless. This is appalling and unacceptable for a product at this price point.

trouble with fabric softener dispenser

Disappointed

We've had this washer for 5 years. The clutch has gone out on it and our extended warranty has expired. The repair cost will be expensive and not worth repairing. I expect a washer to last longer than 5 years. We have had problems with the Frigidaire dryer that we bought with it, also.

Fills and refills with water endlessly

I bought this washer for our lake house - lots of laundry to wash quickly! It worked well for a few weeks, but now it fills and refills endlessly and we have to manually move the machine from one action to the next to complete the quick wash. PLEASE let me know what we can do to fix this! it has happened the past 4 visits, to 3 different people. it is not user error. I'd love the machine if it would work properly. HELP.

Not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It take for ever. You can acommodate your clothes and the machine just do what ever. If you have the hole day to watch cloth this is made for you. And the softener it doesn't work good. This is a horrible machine which can change it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
