Don't buy!

I have had this washer for a few months and I am so disappointed. I didn't know not to use the fabric despencer! Had a clog and after a mess of trying to figure out how to get it unclogged and not using it it would still fill wth water. I used both hands and a tiny brush and finely fixed it will never use the despencer again! Today a screw fell out of a pocket ( I must of missed ) I ck all pockets..now the screw is under the agitator ! I have googled an can't find how to remove the darn thing to retrieve the screw! I am so irritated. I don't want to run the washer til I fix this new problem. I would love to have my old washer back it was old school and I couldn't get parts for it anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am dismayed to hear of your confusion with your washer settings, billybuck. Getting used to a new appliance can be frustrating. Your Owner’s Manual is a wonderful resource for helping you understand the operation and features of your new washer. Pages five through eleven go through each step (page six, number 8 goes through setting cycles). Page eight goes over what cycle selection is best for what type of laundry load. This washer and dryer set came with my condo. I have to say...I was very excited at first. But after a week, the washing machine was SOOO loud, it sounded like an earthquake was going on in my home. It has continued to get worse regardless of the load size, wash selection, etc. it has gotten so bad that it actually moves the washer halfway through my laundry room and I have to move it back. Today it started leaking. I’ve had it less than 1 year. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d rather have my old, outdated, rented washer back when I lived in my apartment vs this one because of all of the issues. Now I’m going to stop complaining so I can go and soak up all of the water on my floor that it leaked.
