nice size tub

cannot leave the house when using the washer. Need to start the washer with no clothes in it. Let the agitator do it's thing 16 turns then, add detergent and clothes so they don't get bunched up in a ball. Unbalanced very often have to let it drain before spin to reposition clothes before spinning wash and rinse cycle. It does clean clothes well. It getting unbalanced is my worst nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Am worry if I made a mistake buying this washer

Bought about 1 1/2 ago. Had to have repair twice. Have to watch everything you wash because of off balance problems. Then reading about other thing going wrong is that going to start happening next . Can't afford other washer if it keep cause problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer six weeks and we really don’t know how well it works, because three major units went out and repair person said it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. We are working with the company we bought it from to file a warranty switch fir the washer and the dryer. The dryer quit working last week. It’s a mess!!

One bad feature ruins the whole thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason it was decided to have the agitator shove the clothes around in order to weigh them so the machine will add the proper amount of water. Sounds good on paper if you are worried about conserving water. In reality, after you have carefully put your clothes in so they would be balanced, that thing wads them up into a ball on one side. Weight does not equal height however, and you will end up with dry spots on the clothes, meaning those areas didn't get washed at all. And if you have delicates, it may WASH them on a delicate cycle, but its going to beat the snot out of them first with that weigh feature.
Does it work? Yes
Would I recommend? No
The "good" news: This thing will probably last forever because I hate it.

CAN NOT REACH BOTTOM OF TUB

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not reach the bottom of tub I am 5'2" with short arms but it seems that I am not the only one having trouble with this deep tub. I have to lean over and stretch over on my side to get clothes out I have actually developed a bruise on my side from doing this every day. I use a stick to pick up the clothes to be able to get them out. Called C.S. this morning to see if I can get a basket to put in machine to raise it up for me but they said no I would have to buy a new machine. Which is not possible for me to do ,.
Before you buy this machine open the lid and try to touch the bottom before you buy it or it will give you a lot of pain I tried standing on a stool but that does not help at all. At age 75 I do not climb as well as I once did . This machine has been such a dissapointment for me .I had planned this machine to last me until I no longer do laundry but NOT HAPPENING!!!!

Where's the suds?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You add detergent in it's spot for detergent, washer fills up with water, absolutely no signs that there's detergent in the machine. Takes near an hour to do a LIGHT load. VERY UNSURE THAT I MADE THE RIGHT PURCHASE! IN FACT ITS OBVIOUS THAT I DIDN'T.
