Brought this washer last in August 2020 stop draining water after 3 weeks, it broke down 3 more time , finally wash repair 2 months before the warranty is out

WASHER VERY BAD

SINCE AUGUST 2021 THIS MACHINE DOES NOT WORK. THERE HAS BEEN NUMEROUS TECHS TRYING TO FIX THIS BUT ARE UNABLE TO GET PARTS .I BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD REPLACE THIS MACHINE.

not worth it

I've had the washer just shy of 3 years . the place where you put the fabric softener is always getting clogged, the washer started to over flow and has stopped draining and spinning. I would definitely recommend to look at a different brand washer

Over time with normal use, your washer does require a little extra care and cleaning especially from detergent or fabric softener build-up. Since the dispenser compartments are not removable on this model, we recommend regularly wiping with a damp cloth and towel drying.
You can also clean with hot water or check out our ReadyClean Probiotic Washer cleaner, which is especially designed to remove odors, residue & lime scale. Frigidaire ReadyClean™ Probiotic Washer Cleaner 6 pack None-10FFPROL02
Did you know cleaning vinegar works well to freshen your load as a substitute to traditional fabric softeners? You simply load into the fabric softener dispenser as normal.

Good machine, weighing routine needs better explanation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK this is a good working machine and my wife loves it. She is still getting use to it as it's a little different them some of the ones she's had before. The big issue we had was a misunderstanding about how the machine weighs the clothes. When we first tried it my wife carefully put clothes around the tub to make sure it wouldn't get out of balance. When the machine first turns on the agitator moves the clothes around to weigh them while no water comes in. When we saw that we thought the machine was broken and even had a new one set for delivery but then I contacted the company and they sent a repair man who after contacting the companies support found that if we had waited another minuet or so it would have filled with water and spread the clothes around so no issue except costumer training. This could have been avoided if the instructions had clearer about what it looked like when machine first starts and weights the clothes.

We bought this washing machine last year. It's junk, it's crap. It begins with the agitator wadding the clothes into a ball with up to half the tub not having clothes on it. You then have to pause it once the water starts filling to spread the clothes back out. It almost never fills enough water before it starts washing, so you have to completely turn it off and start over. It's probably the poorest excuse for a washing machine I've ever seen.

Some what concerned

But when I first start the load it gathers all the clothes up together. Even though I always try to evenly spread them around. And I have thought that it should be more quieter being brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new washer!!! Only one reason we did not give it a 5-star rating: When it is first turned on, it has to figure the load size by agitating the dry load before putting the water in and in so doing, it agitates all the clothes into a big ball on one side of the tub. To our thinking, this will cause an imbalanced load from the start! To remedy this, we have learned to pause the wash cycle right as the water is starting, re-arrange the clothes evenly and then unpause it to start the water filling. An unnecessary step as far as we are concerned but doable. Other than that, the washer is excellent in what it does.
