Gear Case Clutch Assembly Failed - Hasn't lasted 4 years!

I bought this washer in 11/2020. The gear case clutch assembly just failed. The machine hasn't even lasted 4 years. The appliance repair specialist I brought out said it would cost just as much to get a new part, wait for it to come in (because it's on back order) and install it, as it would cost to replace the machine. I hope I can get the repair covered by the warranty.

Water options are awful

Worst washer ever. I got a hole in the tub and you have two options for water, either leave it and go, and your clothes do not even get wet, or max fill, and it's too much water. I regret purchasing this washing machine.

Washes well, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish someone could tell me why it is necessary for the agitator to come on back and forth 12 times and wide all the clothes up in a ball! I am always pushing pause straightening the clothes out before it starts the actual wash cycle. Other than that it's a great washer!

This is the noisiest washer and takes forever to wash a load even on quick wash. 53 minutes on quick wash. Can’t wait to replace.
