I wasn’t happy with our old washer cause it was a front end loader & when landlord purchase this top loader i was excited finally get to wash like my momma but turns out this washer isn’t all that great either. I like the features but doesn’t wash the clothes, there’s an agitator but it’s barely moves the clothes around how the clothes supposed to get clean when it doesn’t agitate?? The loads just basically sat in water, The loads didn’t even get sudsy. I told my landlord it was a waste of money, now I have to laundromat

If your top-load washer isn't washing your clothes properly, there could be several reasons for the issue. Here are some steps to help you diagnose and potentially resolve the problem. Ensure that the water supply to the washer is turned on and that there are no kinks in the water hoses. Overloading the washer can prevent it from washing clothes effectively. Ensure you're not overloading it and that clothes are distributed evenly in the drum. Periodically clean the washer's drum, agitator, or impeller and tub to remove detergent buildup, lint, and other debris. Good product, but please tighten the valves during installation so water doesn't spell everywhere in the back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good machine so far. During the first load water was spewing out of the back because the hoses were not proper installed. Had to tighten them quite a bit.

Great with one exception…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new washer! It cleans our clothes very well and it’s quiet! The only thing we don’t like is in the beginning of the cycle before it adds water, it will spin both directions about 10 times and ends up balling all the clothes up on one side. We end up stopping the cycle at that point to adjust our clothes and then continue the cycle. It gets annoying, but if that’s the only downfall at this point, we’re ok with that.
