Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy loads clean just as well as the tiny loads. I love the detergent cups on the sides of the machine. Saves time. I like that. Easy to use. Easy to understand. My grandchildren now like to help me do the laundry. I wish I had this when my kids were younger. Maybe they would of helped more. But on a serious note. This machine is a life saver. Do laundry isn't such a hassle now. I'm very grateful and thankful for my Frigidaire washer.

Easy use top load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the washing machine is simple to operate with a multitude of settings. It would be nice if the settings defaulted to the previously selected wash options. The machine could also use a thicker or better noise insulator. Only came with a one. Year warranty. Overall it is a nice washer for the price.

So Slow Agitator

Have had this washer for 2 years and I like the washer and it's features but have just discovered that the agitator works much too slowly, about like the lowest speed of wipers on an auto. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Best Top load washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to purchase this washer after my old one broke, best decision I made! Its a very simple machine with an easy to understand layout for modes and has very useful features. My wife used to soak my dirty clothes in a tub, but this washer has a built in soak mode, so no more transfering wet clothes and soaking my floors! It is a very quiet machine for being a top loader, and does an amazing job of cleaning anything we put in. I already recommended this machine to friends and family, and would for anyone. I am planning to purchase the matching dryer soon and am looking foward to being impressed by that as well. Frigidaire makes very user friendly and reliable appliances, that are affordable, as I have been purchasing them over time as my old, non Frigidaire ones need to be, and it has become my go-to brand!

Do not buy

Didn't last 2 years junk got it fixed then another year something else goes wrong everything is hard wired so parts cost more and harder to replace by yourself wouldn't recommend to anyone

We bought this washer in November of 2021. Have had it for 6 months and the agitator will not spin at all. Noticed it didnt move the clothes around like normal and then it had an E4 error code during the wash cycle. Now we have a washing machine that doesn't wash and your clothes are just as dirty as when you put them in. I would NOT recommend this washing machine to anyone
