Would buy again, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works wonderfully. My family and I are very happy with the consistently clean clothes. We have had the washer 3 weeks now, and the clothes are always clean. The two things that stop it from getting 5 stars are: 1. The washer is extremely loud. We make sure to evenly distribute clothing but it is still loud. 2. I hate having to hit a button to dispense fabric softener. There have been times I have forgotten to hit the button when setting up the cycle and the softener was never used.

Control panel moisture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like all the choices on the panel such as how the washer shifts the clothes to start with before determining how much water to us. Good energy saving! Also like the glass top no longer have to stop the washer and lift up the lid to see if there’s enough detergent.

So disappointed

I set my washer for heavy load or regular and for some reason the times given last an additional hour!!!!!!! What am I doing wrong? A very unhappy customer.
