Great machine all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 2 weeks ago after getting ripped off by somebody else that I bought a washing machine from. I was trying to go the cheap route and bought a used one from someone. They said it worked great. But when I got it home it would not wash clothes at all. I tried for 3 days to get one load washed. Then I was told by the people I bought it from that “oh you have to run it on rinse and spin only” so they sold me something that they knew didn’t work but told me it worked great. So anyways this time I decided I was going to buy something new. Well I seen this washer and I fell in love with it. Got it home and I still love it. It is so easy to use. Very good features and washes clothes pretty fast and very good. I’m glad I decided to go with this washing machine. It’s the best one I’ve ever owned and I’m kinda glad the other one didn’t work out. Definitely want to get the matching dryer to go with it eventually! I’m 100% pleased with this product

I like 4.1 cu.ft. capacity because I have allergies and launder my bedding often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way this machine determines the amount of water needed is so stupid. It agates the dry clothes into a ball and then sets the water level. If you have a light load the clothes can get bunched in one spot so the right amount of water is not delivered and the clothes are dry on top without enough water( even when agitated )to get them wet. Out of 8 loads that I have done this has happened twice, the second time I used the Max Fill option which was twice the water needed. In the manual that came with the machine they have no suggestions in the trouble shooting section. It isn't the water level sensor isn't working, it is just a poor design and unfortunately there isn't enough info. on how the cycles work. Really wish that sensor could be disabled and the water level determined by cycle.

Here are a few tips to help with unbalanced loads: If your laundry load appears to be too large, try to rearrange the items in your load to allow proper spinning, if your laundry load is too small, try adding one or two similar items to help balance the load. Horrible features

I’ve had this 6 months and every time I wash towels and it has to do it’s little adjust everything and screw up the balance I have to reset everything and drain the water wasting detergent and try again to get it to wash because it forces everything off balance. I HATE this washer. Never buying another one of these products again. It’s horrible.

If you are noticing the appliance becoming unbalanced, try reducing the load size. If the load is to large, it may become unbalanced and the washing machine won’t be able to spin. We’d also recommend leveling the appliance the ensure it can maintain a proper balance during those heavier cycles. Very large drum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a last minute purchase since our existing washer stopped working and flooded the laundry room. So even though I did not put a lot of research into it, I went with the recommendation of the store owner and glad I did. It has a very large drum that I can now fit my king size comforter in. It does not over fill so no waste of water. Has customizable settings. Have to get used to it locking the lid once started.

Great washer
