fabric softener

bought this in the fall ,the fabric softener fills up with water all the time .I have to clear out the water every time i want to put softener in.

great washer at a great price

i have owned it for 4 months and can only say i am happy with my purchase. forget the old school technology and embrace the new. just load it like the manual says and let it do its thing. as far as realiability goes, only time will tell.

Please save your self the trouble

Don't buy you'll hate this washer it would be easier and faster to go to the closest creek and use a rock what a disappointment if you have all day to do a load of laundry and don't care of its clean this is for you now I'm going to take it in the shorts to trade for one that works spend the money buy a good one

I am bummed out to learn you are experiencing long washing cycles and you are not happy with the cleaning performance of your washer.
We would hate to see you leave us.
Did you know? Washers connected to water supplies with lower inlet pressure will experience longer filling times and may not complete a cycle as quickly.
Are you using a low-sudsing, high-efficiency detergent to get the best cleaning performance? We recommend looking for detergents with the “he” symbol.

The jury is still out!

I have been using this new washer approximately 3 weeks and it does seem to get the clothes cleaner than my previous Frigidaire top load washer without an agitator. After reading many of the reviews I agree with the fact that the clothes bunch up at the beginning of the cycle but it does seem to spread around by itself. A couple of people mentioned how quiet the machinge is. Well I have never had a washer that made so much noise and a scraping sound. I had my dealer check it out after washing a few loads and was told that this is normal, not to worry. My laundry room is right off the room where we watch TV and it is very annoying to listen to. I don't feel that the clothes spin as much water out as it should. So far that is all of the issues that I have and hope that this washer continues to serve me well.

Best washer i have ever owned

I bought this 2 days ago very good quality little bit heavier than most however i think that's a good thing On spin cycle there is no shake like some other models make sure you get it level though easy to operate with the deep water wash i have truely believed it gets your clothes cleaner and smells fresher

Unrepairable in two years

Poor washing and took a long time for each load. Computer and rotator failed after 27 months!

What’s going on?

Bought this washer and it keeps filling up and up with water. Had to stop it as the water wouldn’t stop filling in tub. This has happened a couple of times. What’s going on?
