Setting for every kind of laundry

Two important features missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way this washer cleans and the ease of using it, BUT, you cannot select load size and it always rinses in hot water! I have tried both cold settings and even turned off the hot water, but it still rinses in hot water. This makes the hand wash option useless. I had two beautiful shirts that shrunk because they were rinsed in hot water. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Pretty machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer gets the clothes clean but it has this strange beginning to each cycle where it moves clothes around without adding any washer for about 7 seconds. This causes clothes to bunch up on one side of the washer sometimes.

How could this be High Efficiency ??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not see how this washer could be high efficiency. It uses way more electricity because it runs way longer than my old one. I hate that it decides how much water needed for a load and it take forever to fill because it's busy rinsing the soap and rinse dispensers. I have to be right there to stop and start the washer over so I can have enough water to cover the load. Only thing I do like is the see through top.
