A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful washer with nice features and a reasonable price, but we are a bit disappointed because it has torn a couple of our items. Have to use almost exclusively on the gentler cycles.

Great capacity

Doesn't hold up to normal use

I have had this washer for 2 years and 1 month and in that time I have found that the fabric softener dispenser doesn't work hardly at all, unless you water it down so severely it may as well not be fabric softener. On top of that I, and several neighbors who got the same model with our new homes, have had to purchase a new washer within 2 years because the clutch assembly and ball bearings wear out because they have too many plastic parts. The washer will start getting noisy and then stop turning and agitating shortly after.

Hard to unload for short people

I am 5’1’’ tall and the washer is so deep it’s very hard to unload - have to use a grabber. There was a dryer floor sample but no washer so I didn’t know this till I used it. Would not have purchased if had known. Short ladies beware!

This just cant' be normal..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This think makes a constant banging noise and shakes pretty bad during the spin cycle. You can hear and feel it through the walls. Had a tech look at it, but being that it appears to be in "balance", nothing they would do. I am just stuck with this annoyingly loud washing machine. I will never buy a Frigidaire product moving forward after this.

BEST APPLIANCE EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 58 yrs old and this is the first NICE appliance I've ever purchased. My clothes are actually cleaner using this machine. The rinse cycle is so powerful that items are almost dry coming out of the washer. It's amazing. Love the easy, digital selections that covers everything from blankets to hand washable delicates. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Previously I had an LG washer. It lasted 11 years and broke so I got a new one. Love the size of the new washer. I can was my blankets instead of taking them top a Wash and fold place to do it for me
